SEVAA is registered as "SOCIETY FOR ENVISIONING VIVEKANANDA IN AWARENESS AND ACTION", a not-for-profit society under West Bengal Societies Registration Act, XXVI of 1961 bearing Registration No. S0017771 of 2020-2021, dated March 18, 2021, with the Registrar of Firms, Societies & Non-Trading Corporations, Government of West Bengal.

All donations to SEVAA are exempted from Income Tax under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, issued by Commissioner of Income Tax, Kolkata – XVIII, Kolkata. Unique Registration No. ABPAS1880HF20221 dated 28/03/2022 under 12 Clause(iv) of first Proviso to Sub-Section(5) of section 80G.
